Local Delivery
We are offering local deliveries for only $12 delivery fee. We also ship within USA via USPS or UPS.
We normally send via standard shipping within the Contiguous United States but if you need your products faster we offer priority services as another options.
Some of our products could have free shipping, if you do not see -Free Shipping- in your shipping options, then your order does not qualify for the free shipping promo.
Please be sure to provide a physical street address, we will not deliver to a P.O. Box.. Please contact us with any questions.
Provide as much information as possible to ensure a successful delivery. For hotels, you need to include the name of the hotel, reservation contact name, and any extra information you can provide like, reservation confirmation number, telephone number for the recipient. For Hospital, provide the name of the recipient and room number. (Please be advised that we cannot deliver helium balloons to hospitals)
All orders need to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the requested delivery date to ensure the availability of the products and the time of the delivery.
Proper Delivery Address:
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY AN INCORRECT/MISSING DELIVERY ADDRESS INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN EXTRA FEES AND OR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER.
Please check your delivery address before ordering. If the package is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect recipient information submitted, the order will be re-billed to ship or deliver to the correct destination.
You must pay for redelivery. Redelivery charges have the same cost of the regular delivery charge. Please avoid the redelivery charge by confirming the address information of the recipient.
Card Messages
Every gift comes with a free note card for the receiver, please don’t forget to fill out the card during the shopping process.
The message that you enter in the Card Message field is the message that will be sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
Order Cancellation
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please send us an e-mail at info@naniscreations.com
If there are any problems with the merchandise, you have 24 hours to review and submit a claim. Please send us an email with a description of the problem and we will be glad to resolve the issue for you.
Request to leave the gift in special place
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave gifts in a special place or location. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipients cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Nani’s Creations cannot be responsible for missing or faulty product due to these special requests.
Sales Taxes
Nani’s Creations must add sales tax to all purchases that are made within the State of Florida .
